At our facility at Seekoppelweg 17 in Kiel, we inspect every device by hand prior to shipping. We check the switch mechanics, verify the secure fit of the silicone caps, and pack the goods shock-proof in manageable cardboard boxes. Our pathways are short and our decisions are pragmatic.
We avoid complicated payment processing and redundant distribution channels. Anyone ordering from us can pay for their shipment traditionally in cash at the door or transfer by bank. If an unused product does not meet expectations, our clear 30-day return policy applies.
