how do i choose the right size
Each device includes several silicone tips in different diameters. You can test the tips comfortably at home and choose the one that sits securely in the ear canal without pressure.
what materials are the tips made of
The contact pieces are made of flexible soft silicone for sensitive skin. The device housing is made of impact-resistant ABS plastic.
how do i properly clean the device
Remove the silicone tip daily and clean it with the included small brush. The main unit must only be wiped with a dry cloth and never placed in water.
