1. The seller

2. The goods

The subject of the contract is the sale of over-the-counter electronic sound amplifiers, acoustic accessories, ear cleaning utensils, and cosmetic care preparations for outer ear hygiene. These are everyday items and technical aids to improve general hearing comfort, not prescription drugs or individually fitted medical devices within the meaning of the German Therapeutic Products Act. The exact specifications, quantity, and package contents are detailed on the respective product pages. Photos are for illustrative purposes; outer packaging may vary slightly in individual cases.

3. Ordering and contract

Your purchase order takes effect upon completing checkout. We immediately send an order receipt confirmation by email; the contract becomes legally binding upon handover to the delivery courier. If a hearing aid or care accessory is out of stock or details cannot be verified, we reserve the right to decline the order. Any amounts already paid will be refunded promptly.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in EUR including applicable VAT. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before the final purchase step. We support the following payment methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. Should an obvious pricing error occur, we reserve the right to correct the amount before packing and allow you to confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it.

5. Delivery

Full details on shipping options, delivery times, and postage costs can be found under "Shipping & Payment". Once the parcel arrives, you assume responsibility for the shipment.

6. Product images and colours

Our images show the actual acoustic devices and care products. Depending on your screen, browser, or daylight on the fjord, shades may vary slightly; minor colour differences do not count as defects and do not justify a free return. Dimensions, materials, and package contents are listed directly with each item.

7. Transfer of risk

We remain liable during transit until the courier hands the parcel to you or a neighbour at your front door. After that, liability for damage or loss shifts to you. Please have any external parcel damage signed for immediately and inform us within 48 hours.

8. Returns and warranty

Returns of unused items in their original packaging are accepted within 60 days of receipt in accordance with our return guidelines. Statutory warranty rights under the provisions of the German Civil Code (BGB) apply. The limitation period for statutory warranty claims for newly manufactured goods is two years from receipt of delivery. Excluded from the warranty are damages caused by improper cleaning, foreign objects, cerumen deposits, or moisture exposure to electroacoustic components.

• Goods made to individual customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs (for example, custom-molded earpieces).
• Goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded quickly.
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery (for example, opened ear irrigation solutions, hygienically packed silicone earplugs, or cleaning drops).
• Goods that, after delivery, were inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
• Audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal was removed after delivery.

9. Liability

Primeorvellatz GmbH is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to typical, foreseeable contractual damages, up to a maximum of the total value of the order concerned or an amount of 100,00 €. Statutory liability claims remain entirely unaffected by these terms.

10. Age and use

The minimum age to make a purchase in this shop is 18 years. Use hearing aids and cleaning accessories strictly according to the package leaflet; they never replace a consultation with an ENT specialist.

11. Governing law and disputes

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If the customer acts as a consumer, mandatory consumer protection regulations of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected. If an amicable settlement cannot be reached, proceedings will be held in the court at our registered office, provided that mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence do not state otherwise.
