how do i properly clean the device
Remove the silicone tip daily and clean it with the included small brush. The main unit must only be wiped with a dry cloth and never placed in water.

Yes, you can pay in cash directly at your doorstep to the courier via cash on delivery. Alternatively, we offer advance payment via standard bank transfer.

Every shipment includes a printed invoice with itemized VAT directly inside the parcel. It also serves as proof for your statutory warranty.
how does the return process work if i am not satisfied
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days to our facility at Seekoppelweg 17 in Kiel. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
